Papermatch film
Based on years of experience in the field of packaging of granulated materials and cooperating closely with our clients, we developed papermatch film; it is a coextruded three layer PE film which, during packaging process, combines the advantages of both film as well as paper. As far as outlook and sensation are concerned, it imitates the properties of paper on the outside nevertheless it still retains all the properties of PE film. This means it is low-slip and waterproof at the same time, and as such an excellent substitute for laminated paper. On the paper side printing and marking without prior treatment of the surface are possible, enhancing the sealing properties of the product. Furthermore, optional micro-perforation of the film enables breathing of materials during packaging. It’s available in thicknesses from 20 to 200 microns.
Applications:
- packaging of different granulated materials (calcite, fine sand, fertilizer, lime, fodder etc.) on automatic packaging lines, as a substitute for ordinary PE films
- packaging of different granulated materials to ready-made bags in sizes from 3-50 kgs
- PE bags can be closed with a seal or stitched
- as a substitute for laminated paper (for butcher shops etc.)
- self adhesive labels
- for usage in all fields where protection of goods against moisture is a key factor
- for usage in all fields where sliding of PE bags has to be minimised
