Production technology

EXTRUSION
Our extrusion line comprises 2 coextrudors and 4 extrudors, enabling us to produce mono and three-layered films, half-sleeves, sleeves and sleeves with side folds from LDPE or HDPE, ranging from 8 – 200 my in thickness and from 200 – 4.800 mm in width. As an environmentally responsible company we also work a regeneration line, where waste from other production processes is being recycled and subsequently reused.

PRINTING
Since the outlook of packaged products is crucial, we developed a printing department adapted to high demands of today’s industry. On our highly sophisticated flexo-printing machines with central cylinder and 1.300 mm maximal printing width we can print all materials either in six or eight colours. Together with a colour mixing station, the whole line is computer-controlled, thus guaranteeing colour consistency and 100% colour repetition through the whole printing process. Colour combinations are stored separately for each customer in our protected data base, making it virtually impossible for designs to be forged. Furthermore, we have at our disposal a machine for development of photopolymer plates since top-notch print can only be obtained from high quality clichés. 

LAMINATION
As a response to ever increasing demands for improved barrier properties and taking into account environmental concerns, we offer solvent-free lamination with maximal laminating width of 1.300 mm. Lamination of two, three or even four various materials greatly improves barrier properties, extends shelf life and expiry date, and enhances outlook of packaged items. 

SLITTINA AND REWINDING
Automatic slitter rewinder machines are used for slitting and rewinding films to desired width (from 70 – 1.200 mm) and length. 

CONFECTION
Our confection department comprises 12 highly efficient machines, mostly with a possibility of inline print, intended for production of standardized plastic bags.

HACCP CERTIFICATION
As our products are largely used by food industry, our production is compliant with HACCP standards to guarantee the required level of food safety to final consumers.
