PP Baler Twines
Many years of experience, which are the product of research and development, continuous control of all essential parameters in the chain of production, strict practical tests in a working environment and, last but not least, dedication to our customers and practical thinking have all helped to contribute to giving our baler twines excellent technical characteristics. These include impressive tension capacity, faultless knot formation and excellent elasticity, as well as the desired resistance to UV rays. Contemporary, computeroperated and coordinated production allows precise control over all parameters which contribute to optimal fi brillation
(i.e. mesh fi brillation) of different types. In this way, the twine is softer and fl exible while at the same time having a higher tension capacity, which allows for the optimal formation of knots and contributes to a generall more durable twine. Twine friction during bale transport is minimized and the cut is optimal. An effective winding and cutting process guarantees that the twine will not mesh or knot up during unwinding and the wrapping will protect the twine from weather effects for a longer period of time.

• Tornado Bio: Tornado Bio is our widely used biodegradable baler twine of excellent technical properties. A special additive causes in certain time (20 – 24 months) its total dissolution. Before that it retains all the physical properties of conventional twine at their original level.
