Silo bags

Silo bags are specially manufactured from 100% high quality, virgin HDPE. The combination of latest technology and strict quality controls ensure a regular weave, a high UV-stability, a high slide resistance of the fabric and therefore a long and useful life.

They provide reliable protection for the edges of silos. By placing the silo bags every 5 metres crosswise, the protective silo cover is fixed and extra weighting is obtained. The bags fix each other in place by means of supporting sleeves.

Fluid bag Multi

The Fluid bag Multi is a space effective combination which combines the advantages of single and multiple-use containers. It is composed of a single-use internal container and a multipleuse steel transport unit with a large steel base to which is fastened a strong propylene transport bag. The transport unit can be assembled and taken apart in a matter of seconds.

Fluid Bag Flexi

Fluid Bag Flexi is ideal for transporting both short and long
distances. The transport bag encloses the internal container with
strong polypropylene fabric which is fastened to a wooden casing

Electrostatic Bag

When dealing with fl ammable materials, it is critical to make
use of bags which will not generate electrostatic energy during
transfer or handling, lest we risk igniting the contents. For such
purpose we usually use four different types of electrostatic bags:
• Type A: These bags are made from non-conductive fabric,
without earthing fi bres.
• Type B: Type B bags are made from non-conductive fabric
with antistatic additive, which isolates electrical voltage (in the
direction of contents to the environment) by up to 6 Kv, yet they
are also without earthing fi bres.
• Type C: These bags are made from non-conductive fabric with
individual interconnected conductive fi bers.
• Type D: Type D bags are made from non-conductive fabric with
individual conductive fi bres which are not interconnected.

Varnish for silos

black varnish for silos is a bitumen-based varnish for silos. Especially suitable for open silos storing maize and green forage. It can be applied by painting, rolling or spraying. coverage: approx. 300 ml/m²

black varnish for silo floors with better elasticity and adhesion. Even for heavy duty wear of the silo floor. coverage: approx. 300 ml/m²

green varnish for silos is an “eco” varnish for indoor and outdoor use. Especially suitable for new and old forage silos, fertilizer boxes, open silos, stable walls, etc. Adhesive on concrete, brickwork, fiber cement, wood and bitumen. Conical Bag

The conical bag boasts a base which contracts into a cone. It is ideal for less fi ne materials which like to get stuck between the sides and the base of the standard bag during emptying (ie. clay,solid lubricants). Having a conical base allows the material to easily slide out of the spout.
